脂多糖（Lipopolysaccharide）是一大型分子由脂和多糖由共价键相连组成的。脂多糖是革兰氏阴性细菌外膜的主要组成部分，提供细菌以结构的完整性，并保护细菌膜受某些化学物质的攻击。脂多糖是内毒素，可引起强烈免疫反应。脂多糖结合到CD14/Toll样受体4／MD2的受体复合物。促进炎性细胞分泌多种细胞因子。
