达尼丁（英语：Dunedin；毛利语：Ōtepoti）又译但尼丁或丹尼丁，位于新西兰南岛南部，是奥塔哥地区（Otago）首府，亦是南岛的第二大城市，仅次于基督城。但尼丁有人口约12万，以人口计算，在新西兰全国排行第五大；以都市面积计算亦排在第五大，以整个城市计算的话，则是全国最大。由于历史及文化上的因由，但尼丁是新西兰全国的四个主要中心。

但尼丁靠海并拥有天然良港，是南岛南端的运输枢纽。但尼丁市就在奥塔哥港四周的山谷之上。海港及四周的山都是由死火山过往的活动而造成。这里拥有新西兰最古老的大学奥塔哥大学，它的医学院是全新西兰最有名的，以及奥塔哥理工学院，这所学校比较重视学生的实践教育，学校的课程大都是小课教育，学生比较受一些急需技术人才的公司的欢迎。

Dunedin (/dʌˈniːdᵻn/ dun-EE-din; Māori:Ōtepoti) is the second-largest city in the South Island of New Zealand, and the principal city of the Otago Region. While Tauranga, Napier-Hastings and Hamilton have eclipsed the city in size of population in recent years to make it only the seventh-largest city in New Zealand, Dunedin is still considered one of the four main cities of New Zealand for historic, cultural and geographic reasons.
