滑降（英语：Downhill）为高山滑雪的项目之一。滑降的规则最初由Arnold Lunn爵士为1921年英国滑雪锦标赛所订定的。“滑降滑雪“是一种常用的术语，等同于“高山滑雪”来表示高山滑雪的体育和休闲活动。

滑降涉及最高速度，所以为风险最高的高山活动。选手在国际级赛事比赛过程中，速度会超130公里/小时（81小时/英里）。选手在比赛过程中需要完美的空气动力学效率（屈体）以降低阻力提高速度。与此相反的，以较低速度进行的曲道项目（曲道、大曲道、超大曲道），更强调过旗门时的技巧。

Downhill is an alpine skiing discipline. Unlike the other alpine skiing events, slalom, giant slalom, super giant slalom, and combined, which emphasize turning and technique, downhill is more about speed. Speeds of up to 130 km/h (81 mph) are common in international competition. Athletes must have an aerodynamically efficient tuck position to minimize drag and increase speed.
