Doveridge

Doveridge is a village and Civil parish in Derbyshire, United Kingdom, near the border with Staffordshire and about 2 km (1.2 mi) east of Uttoxeter. Its name comes from its bridge over the river Dove (i.e. Dove(B)ridge), a tributary of the River Trent. The civil parish population (including Oaks Green) as taken at the 2011 Census was 1,622.
