最低预期资本回报率(英文：Minimum acceptable rate of return)，又被称作停止投资率(英文：Hurdle rate)。它是在已知一个项目风险以及放弃其他项目的机会成本的前提下，投资者或公司愿意接受的这个项目的最低回报率。 在很多情况下，可以将其视作最低收益率的同义词。

假设投资债券等无风险项目的回报率是已知的。当分析一个新项目的可行性时，投资者可以使用这个无风险项目的回报率作为基准收益率。只有在新项目的预期收益率大于等于基准收益率加上风险溢价时，投资者才会执行这个项目。

In business and engineering, the minimum acceptable rate of return, often abbreviated MARR, or hurdle rate is the minimum rate of return on a project a manager or company is willing to accept before starting a project, given its risk and the opportunity cost of forgoing other projects. A synonym seen in many contexts is minimum attractive rate of return.
